The Law Firm provides its Clients with comprehensive legal service within a full range concerning business activity and as part of investment processes, including those conducted by non-business entities. We offer assistance to our Clients, inter alia, in:

• establishing and registering companies,
• obtaining decisions (including permissions and licenses) required to conduct business or implement projects,
• preparing drafts of contracts and letters and expressing opinion about them,
• examining a legal status of real estate and enterprises,
• representing them before courts and administrative authorities,
• running correspondence.

We cooperate on permanent basis with notaries, tax and financial advisors, translators/interpreters, experts, land surveyors and specialists from other fields – this facilitates our work and is cost and time efficient for our Clients.

We represent our Clients before courts, administrative courts and governmental authorities and local governments within the full range of lawyer’s authorisation. We appear in court hearings and meetings, prepare the required documents, and make sure time limits are observed. Each time we advice as regards the strategy and direction of running the case, considering the Client’s objectives and interests as well as risks and restrictions resulting from the legal and factual position of the case. Depending on the advancement of the case the Client comes to us with, we may represent their interests from the pre-trial stage as well as from any later moment in the proceedings.

In particular we prepare opinions in agreement with the banks’ requirements for credit purposes, perform investigations concerning the legal and factual position of real estate and enterprises (the so-called (“due diligence”)), express opinions, before the proceedings are initiated, on the legitimacy of enforcing rights and claims in court or by administrative process, indicating risks and expected duration and costs of the possible proceedings. The form of the opinion (oral, written or electronic) is specified by the Client.

If the Client is interested exclusively in obtaining legal advice, we try to present it in such a manner so that the Client gets the necessary overall knowledge concerning the entire case and is able to assess its weaknesses and strengths and possibilities of managing it without a professional attorney. In the event of being later commissioned with such a case, the cost of the legal advice is included in the scope of the entire compensation for its conduct.

We represent our Clients in all sorts of negotiations. Together with the Client we agree in advance their interests and expectations, boundary conditions for concessions and a general negotiation strategy. We conduct negotiations in such a way as to optimise benefits for the Client, always acting within the granted authorisations and instructions.

In our Law Firm we pay special attention to the provision of legal services for foreigners, including people having Polish roots. Both those who treat the stay in Poland as one of stages of their lives or career and those who have long-term plans connected with Poland. We conduct cases concerning Polish citizenship. We help foreigners in all sorts of legal matters, including as regards residence authorisation, permits to settle, work permits, assistance in conducting business activity and many other.
